What is Collector to Collector (C2C)?
Loupe allows users to sell cards that they just pulled to other users immediately! In the instance that another user is interested in a card that is pulled, the person that owns the card can offer to sell that card to the interested party directly within the Loupe app.
Once both parties have agreed to terms, the shop will facilitate the associated sale, which will then result in the shop shipping the card directly to the new purchaser.
How does it work?
When a Card Owner agrees to sell their card to another Loupe user, the shop will initiate the transaction for the 2 users. The seller will agree to the terms of sale, and the buyer then will agree to the purchase. The entirety of the transaction takes place within Loupe.
During a sale, the Owner must be present in the stream throughout the process. If the Owner leaves the stream, the purchase cannot be completed. Sales are not final until the entire purchase flow has been completed by all parties involved.
Card sales on Loupe result in Loupe credits, which can be utilized for purchases within Loupe. Credits obtained from C2C cannot be withdrawn as cash, and can only be used on Loupe.
How do I buy a card from another user on Loupe?
Sales are based on an initial agreement between the buyer and the seller within Loupe. When two parties agree, the seller will let the shop know, and the shop will instigate the sale between the two parties. The seller must remain in the room through the entirety of the sale.
The seller will confirm that they wish to sell the item in question, at which point the item will appear in the shop. Selecting the shop item will inform you that your offer has been approved, and you can simply select “Complete purchase” to finish the purchase flow and finalize your purchase of the item!
Once the process is fully complete, the shop will then ship your item directly to you via the shipping address you have within Loupe.
How do I sell a card that I just pulled on Loupe?
Selling a card on Loupe for Loupe credit is incredibly easy! If you offer to sell the card, and a buyer within the shop makes an offer you’re happy with, you can simply let the shop know! You’ll want to ensure you stay in that shop the entire time, as the seller must be present for the entirety of the transaction.
Once you’ve informed the shop you intend to sell the card, the shop will then create the resale item within their shop. You will need to verify the sale prior to the buyer receiving their offer, and doing so is as simple as reading and accepting the Terms of Sale, as well as ensuring you’ve read the breakdown.
Once you’ve done this, it is up to the buyer to confirm their purchase. Upon confirmation, your Loupe credits will be immediately available within your account!
How am I paid for the cards I sell on Loupe?
Funds acquired through the sale of items on Loupe are distributed as Loupe credits. These funds are not available for withdrawal as cash, and can only be utilized within Loupe.
