Please Note: If you have not received the promotional link from PSA (which should arrive within 48 hours of your PSA Collector's Club Membership purchase/renewal), you will need to reach out to PSA for assistance prior to contacting Loupe. We are happy to assist, however we need the provided promotional link to ensure credits are applied to your account. Be sure to check your Spam folder in case the link was inadvertently routed there.

Within 48 hours of purchasing your PSA Collectors Club membership or renewing your existing membership, you should receive an email from PSA with an exclusive, single-use link to redeem your first month's credits. After claiming your first $20, your account will be enrolled in automatic distributions moving forward. Each month after claiming your initial credits you will receive the next $20 automatically in your account. You will also receive an email alerting you that the credits have been added.
 
If you already have a Loupe account you wish to keep using you must claim your credits on a laptop or desktop as credits can not currently by claimed by existing accounts on the mobile app. Simply click the link provided from your computer and log in to the web app to claim your credits. You should see a pop up regarding your credits and can see your credit balance by clicking the profile tab in the top right corner of the page.
 
If you have issues redeeming your credits please forward the email you receive from PSA regarding Loupe credits to VIP@LoupeTheApp.com with the following information as requested at the bottom of the email from PSA:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Loupe email address
  • Loupe user ID
  • PSA Collectors Club membership number
  • PSA Collectors Club email address
It has been reported that the email from PSA ended up in some users spam folder or was not received if you have previously opted out of PSA emails. If you haven’t already, please check your spam/junk to ensure the email didn’t end up there. If you’re unable to locate the email unfortunately, you’ll need to contact PSA Customer Support via their Support site in order to get a new code. Please make sure you mention that you did not receive the email. Once the credits are in your account they will automatically apply to your purchases following the terms and conditions which can be found HERE.
 
This offer is valid for PSA Collector's Club Memberships purchased or renewed on or after December 16, 2022. Credits may only be used on the Loupe App or the live streaming portion of loupetheapp.com. PSA or Loupe may chose to change the details of this promotion at any time.
