We understand that this can be alarming, however there’s no reason for concern! Like many online retailers, our system may pre-authorize your card at the time of purchase, and some institutions process a separate charge when processing the purchase. Typically, the duplicate charge should remain in “Pending” status, and the funds will be released in 2-3 business days, depending on your banking institution.

If both of these charges change to “Posted” rather than “Pending”, please contact Loupe Support, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
