First and foremost, contact Loupe Support immediately!

When reaching out, ensure that you include your username, purchase date, shop name, and correct shipping address. If the package has not yet been shipped, we will reach out to the shop and do our best to ensure the address is corrected prior to shipment.

If your package has already shipped, unfortunately on our end it is too late to change the destination. Not all is lost however! There are steps you can take to hopefully rectify the situation, as follows:

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number, as they may be able to intercept and reroute your package to the correct address

  • Contact the carrier to have them hold your package at a nearby facility for pickup

  • Contact the carrier to have them return the package to the sender, who will re-ship your package to the correct address

If your shipment has already been delivered to the wrong address, unfortunately Loupe will not be able to refund or replace the purchase.
