YOU WILL THEN CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE OR THE CARRIER WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER FOR ASSISTANCE. YOU MUST CONTACT THEM BEFORE LOUPE SUPPORT CAN ASSIST YOU FURTHER.

WHILE WE DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO HANDLE YOUR ITEMS WITH CARE, WE UNFORTUNATELY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE SHIPMENT ONCE IT IS IN THEIR HANDS.
WE ALWAYS URGE OUR MEMBERS TO CONTACT THE CARRIER FOR ANY UPDATES. SOMETIMES A PACKAGE CAN BE MARKED DELIVERED ACCIDENTALLY, BUT THE CARRIER WILL BE ABLE TO CONFIRM THIS FOR YOU.

IF YOUR SHIPMENT WAS INSURED, YOU CAN FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER FOR YOUR ITEMS IF THEY ARE DEEMED OFFICIALLY LOST. THEY WILL BE ABLE TO WORK WITH YOU FOR REIMBURSEMENT.
