IF IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED, BUT NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED, YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:

  • CONTACT THE CARRIER WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO HAVE THEM INTERCEPT AND REROUTE YOUR SHIPMENT TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS.

  • CONTACT THE CARRIER TO HAVE THEM HOLD YOUR PACKAGE AT A FACILITY NEARBY FOR PICKUP.

  • CONTACT THE CARRIER TO HAVE THEM RETURN YOUR SHIPMENT TO THE SENDER AND ONCE RECEIVED, THE SHOP RESHIP YOUR PURCHASE TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS.  

IF YOUR SHIPMENT HAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED AT CHECKOUT, LOUPE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND OR REPLACE THE PURCHASE.
