REFUNDS ARE HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS EXCEPT:

  • MAILING ISSUES REPORTED AFTER 7 DAYS FROM WHEN THE PACKAGE WAS MARKED DELIVERED.  

  • IF PACKAGES ARE DELIVERED DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INVALID ADDRESS ENTERED AT CHECKOUT.

YOU HAVE 7 DAYS AFTER YOUR ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE TO REPORT TO LOUPE THAT YOUR PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN MARKED DELIVERED.

FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU MADE A PURCHASE MARCH 16TH, AND IT HAS NOT BEEN MARKED DELIVERED BY MARCH 30TH (10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PURCHASE), YOU HAVE UNTIL APRIL 6TH (7 DAYS FROM YOUR ESTIMATED DELIVERY) TO REPORT THIS TO LOUPE SUPPORT.  

PLEASE REACH OUT TO LOUPE AFTER CONTACTING THE CARRIER FOR ASSISTANCE. CHECK THE APP OR YOUR EMAIL INBOX/SPAM FOR TRACKING INFORMATION.  THE CARRIER WILL BE ABLE TO CONFIRM IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DELAYED OR OFFICIALLY LOST. WE, UNFORTUNATELY, HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE SHIPMENT ONCE IT LEAVES OUR PARTNERS' HANDS.   

LOUPE WILL BE UNABLE TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES REPORTED AFTER THIS DEADLINE.
